Statement of Purpose
Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center, Inc. is a facility that exists primarily for the purpose of providing a suitable environment for Christian worship, training, discipleship, evangelism, and recreation for the churches in the participating Southern Baptist associations and areas.
Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center encourages use of its facilities by other Christian groups, as space is available, whose purpose and objectives are compatible with the statements of faith and purpose of Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center.
At the discretion of the administrator, Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center allows use of its facilities by non-church groups, as space is available, who pledge to abide by the rules and policies of Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center.
Scheduling priority will be first to groups of the churches of the supporting Southern Baptist associations.
In keeping with the purpose of Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center, the administrator has the authority to schedule or refuse use of the facilities.

Directions Dogwood Trails Camp & Retreat Center is located at 9570 CR 4357, Larue, TX 75770. We are located just off of Hwy. 175 between Athens and Frankston. Turn north on FM 4343 (right if coming from Frankston, left if coming from Athens.) There will be a large sign on the corner. FM 4343 will dead end into CR 4357 (there will be another sign.) Turn left. When you get to the driveway to the camp there will be a third sign. Turn right and follow the road to the camp. |
